Just because you're in a local business, you're bound to reach a lot of people. Of course, most people are actually quite enthusiastic, whether they want to give advice, share resources, or even help with connections, help with promotion, or volunteer support when running an event. This all means that what you are doing has attracted attention and gained recognition, and these enthusiastic people may have been your friends, or they may have never met, and gradually become acquainted. But this does not mean that at this time, you can become a "team", or a "collaboration partner" in name. You can think about it, the family members popular database and relatives around you, in addition to being very familiar with each other, may also have good personalities. But do you think we can work together? Can we make a plan together, think about the content and talk about the budget? I think most people don't think so. why? Because "friends" and "collaboration" are two completely different things. Friends can be righteous, help for free, give opinions indiscriminately, or be perfunctory. Because there is no stake, it is purely just helping, no matter what happens, most of them will not affect the friendship. But if you want to work together, it's different. shutterstock_365572922 Photo Credit: Shutterstock / Dazhi Images Because the work team will have the coordination of pace and rhythm, the perception of the quality of the results is different, the decision-making weight of communication and discussion, and the value of monetary expenditure. If everyone can say the same thing without taking responsibility or consequences, it becomes a loose organization with little consensus.
People who are familiar or enthusiastic, do not mean that they are suitable to work with content media
